I found this book both fascinating and frustrating at the same time. The idea of the Neo-Tribes is intriguing and the statistics presented were, for me, very interesting to see. From a content standpoint, I might have rated it five stars. However, I can't remember ever reading a book with more typos and inconsistent statements. For example, on P. 96, referring to a tribe called "The Dutifuls," it says "Only 71% own their homes, tied for lowest." Given the numbers presented for the other tribes, 71% is actually the second highest of the 11 groups. It's a shame that the editing was so poor.Product details

This is a very snide, smug treatment of a lot of groups the author clearly thinks are beneath him.
Very insightful with many practical implications for a wide range of innovators
Reading this book literally sent shivers up my spine several times. It's insightful, inspiring, and highly applicable for many practical uses. Traditional demographic factors now almost seem quaint, an old fashioned approach which could never truly enable communication with real people in the modern era. Tribal Analytics represents a compelling approach for communications in the modern era.
As soon as I read this book it opened my eyes to these "tribes" and I could find many ways to begin applying this knowledge. Thanks Mr. Zogby for all of your hard work!
